Zoning Fee Schedule: 

Amendment to District Classification and Special Use Applications - $100.00

Appeals, Variance and Conditional Use - $75.00

Principle Structure, Accessory Structure and Annual Portable Sign - $50.00

Sign Only - $20.00

Fence - $10.00

Demolition - $10.00 if not hooked to the Sewer Line and $20.00 if hooked to the Sewer Line

 Other Permits:

Golf Cart - $25.00 Annual Fee (must have valid drivers license and proof of insurance)

Off Site UTV - $50.00 one time fee (must have valid drivers license and proof of insurance)

Solicitors Permit - $ 10.00 Background check fee and $25.00 Permit Fee

Burn Permit - $5.00 per day unless in an open Burn. (must call dispatch at 549-3247 to get authorization to burn)

Shooting Range Permit - $25.00 annual fee (must pass a back ground check)

Firework Permit - $10.00

Contractors License - $100.00
